Looking Ahead: Schedule for Week of August 18, 2025 
• Continuation of culvert replacements and ditching, working South to North

GENERAL NOTES: 
1. Please avoid construction traffic, if possible, for everyone’s safety. 
2. Our intent is to keep a minimum of 1-lane of travel open at all times for vehicle traffic. In the event you need to get agricultural equipment down the road to your property, the crew will move to ensure you have adequate room.  
3. The contractor will notify you 24hrs prior to the removal of your driveway or limited access to your property. Please ensure to have your vehicles moved to a safe location prior to the start of the day if you will be arriving/leaving while your culvert is replaced. 
4. The Town is coordinating with the mail carrier to ensure deliveries and pick-ups will not be affected by construction.
5. Please stay out of your ditch if it appears wet to prevent damage to the newly restored areas. 
6. Once harvest season arrives, please contact Kyle Johnson at Cedar Corporation with as much notice as possible to ensure we can coordinate your hauling operations. We will do everything possible to work with you.
